As a business person, I know the importance of customer service. Darren was super accommodating, even in the busiest season. I can't thank Hitch Depot enough for getting our truck and trailer back on the road so we can serve our customers just as well. Highly recommend Hitch Depot for all your towing requirements. - Bobcat of Red Deer.

Helpful and hardworking staff. Fair market prices from what I can tell.

Unbelievable poor salesmanship! I went to buy a Brahma Wheel lock and just needed to know if it would fit my aluminum trailer wheel before buying. I brought my clean brand new spare wheel with me to test fit the lock, the salesman would not use the display model to test fit on my wheel. I can't believe they would pass up on an easy sale, its not like the display model was going to get damaged as its mounted on a wheel in the show room. I was going to give up on buying a wheel lock but called Brahma to let them know their product was not being represented very well by Hitch Depot, it turns out you can buy direct from Brahma and with shipping was cheaper than buying from Hitch Depot.
