We took our vehicle to get our hitch put on and it was a really positive experience. The quote was accurate and we were really happy with the work that they did. We took it there in the evening (before closing) and they put our vehicle in the bay overnight. The people behind the counter were easy to deal with and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend their services.

Was quoted a price on the phone for a simple hitch install and when we went to pick up the truck we were slapped with a bill for almost 1/4 Over the price . Not sure how you can install hitches for a living and not how much it would cost to do plug and play wiring and install 4 bolts into nuts that are attached to the frame . So just put 4 bolts in and a 2ft of wire that has a plug to allow simple installation. I would never take anything to hitch wearhouse. Not happy . Talked to the manager . He wanted my to write a review rather then make the situation right . Customer service is huge in my eyes.

We had them install the hitch on our 2001 GMC Reese 5th wheel, on our 2012 Dodge Journey. Plus a few other previous vehicles. They have ALWAYS been awesome to deal with. So muvh so, I do not even bother calling around. Their work is dantastic. Their prices are very competitive. Aa always.. Their installers and front desk are always very helpful. They have been around almost forever for a reason....

After looking around online for the best deal, I bought Curt hitch (model 13343) for my Toyota Sienna. Best deal in Canada with free and fast shipping. Thank you Hitch Warehouse.

Great communication: after I ran into a problem with a trailer harness, Greg responded quickly and spot on. Everything was solved in minutes. I will buy from HW again, and will recommend them to my friends. Thank you.
