I want to start off by saying thank you to my wonderful sales associate kyle fountain by far the very best, he made me feel very comfortable in buying my new vehicle extremely knowledgeable in every aspect and all my questions. He truly made my buying experience a complete joy! As well I would like to thank Brianne Richard in finance she was amazing very knowledgeable and just wonderful. And the service department where do I start wayne truly went above and beyond I had needed an oil change this morning they where so fast and just really made my day so thank you I appreciate everything all of you have done to truly make this an experience I won't soon forget. I absolutely love my new vehicle. Your dealership is absolutely amazing I will be recommending to everyone I know and will be a return customer for life thank you so much to everyone 5 stars all the way.

It was an easy experience for a buyer like us. My husband and I were both very satisfied of their customer service, our agent was great & easy to talk too and we are grateful of that. The paper work was processed easily. We are thankful that upon driving on several car dealerships area & searching, we ended up with Wheaton Red Deer, and able get the best deal on our new owned truck. :)

Thank you Craig for all his help for my son first vehicle purchase. We are from Edmonton and he did all trade in value apprasied via email and arrange financing by Stephenie, all paper work prepared in advance before we drove down to Red Deer. The processing time in the shop is much faster than I expected. My son is super happy with his car and service provided by Craig and Stephenie. I’m planning to buy a brand new Tahoe in couple years, I’ll definitely check with them first, it’s worth to drive 1 1/5 hr if I can get a 5 stars service.

This is hands down the best dealership I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. My sales associate Tommy foshay was extremely easy to deal with, getting me into exactly what I wanted. The finance team there went above and beyond also getting me an extremely low interest rate, and making the truck I bought that much more affordable! Couldn't be happier, thanks to Tommy and the rest of the pike Wheaton team!

Total rip off. Spend about 5000$ over the last 6 month. One problem was never resolved. Paid twice and third time they didn't charge but blamed problem on my tires. Got new tires and still have trouble with tire sensors. Different shop said that it doesn't help to replace one sensor after the other and when this occurs all 4 sensors need to be replaced. If this would have been done it would have been way cheaper for me. Total money crapper and mechanics suck. Will never go back again and certainly will not recommend them at all. Go somewhere else. Just out for the money and they create more problems. The only positive thing is there service staff. Nice and friendly. Everything else sucks. Very bad place.
