Great buying experience. I came from out of town to purchase a pickup. We had financing all in order before I drove down to look at the truck. The salesmen I was dealing with over the phone was busy and couldn’t get to me right away, another salesmen knew I was in a hurry and started helping me to get the process moving even though he wasn’t involved in the deal. Morris in finance did a fantastic job getting everything done in short order. Why only 4 stars you may ask? Two minor issues. 1) the underside of the truck I bought was caked in mud. 2) when I asked if they were filling the tank, I was told they would put $50 of fuel in for me. You would think because I travelled and purchased a vehicle that it would come with a full tank of fuel. Every vehicle I have ever purchased in the past( new or used) has always come filled up.

Highly recommend dealing with Jesse Baldwin when buying a vehicle! Super helpful, polite, not pushy or aggravating and goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy when you leave. Even with a small hiccup in my purchase everything was handled very well and quickly. Best buying experience yet!

When I started to look into trading in my vehicle, I dealt with Bryan Bell here and he was very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. He got me all the information I required and was so helpful! When I am ready to make a purchase, I would definitely come to see him again! Thanks Bryan for the exceptional service.

Had an amazing experience with getting my first financed car. Jesse Baldwin my sales guy and Jordan Shipplet the sales manager both did an amazing job in finding me my gorgeous ford fusion I have now. And helping rebuild my credit 👊 keep up the great work and I highly recommend them.

I Helped my mother locate a vehicle within her budget and found it at MGM. When finalizing the CASH sale I was given a $500 referral go card to use at the dealership. Thought this to be great! The Salesman, is no longer with the company then presented my mother with a $500 go card for her to use at the dealership for oil changes etc. My F-350 needed service. I took my go card and my mother gave me hers to add toward the repair. When I paid the bill I/ We were quite astounded to find the $500 card the salesman gave my mother was not. It was a blank. Service manager tried to adjust the bill as much as he could but I feel the sales department should have stepped up being their salesman lied to my mother. I’m not complaining about the total, I / we just don’t like the fact their salerep lied and the sales manager left it to the service manager to deal with. Not impressed.
