I bought a new to me Jeep and I absolutely love it. Sheldon Savoie Was the representative that helped me. He provided excellent customer service along with the gentlemen who work in the finance department. It was extremely easy, no pressure and up front. I was able to the vehicle I wanted with a great warranty and awesome interest rate. Stop by and say hi, ask for Sheldon.

Very Professional and great to deal with!! Alex in sales kept me informed and fought for what i wanted! Elissa in finance was amazing and even came in on her day off to make sure I could have the vehicle on time!

In regards to my recent purchase of my Ram 3500 at Southside Dodge in Red Deer, I can say that I am nothing but completely satisfied with my purchasing experience. Our sales representative, Landon, was absolutely fantastic! There were no high pressure sales tactics, he listened to what it was we were looking for in a new 3500, and made sure that the transaction went smooth. I’ve bought from many other dealers and salesmen, always having to play the same games, and leaving more disgruntled than happy at most. Southside was the complete opposite, and I can’t recommend them more! It was a laid back atmosphere, with complete transparency when it came to the value of my trade and the deal we reached on my new truck. Anyone in the market for a vehicle should definitely check Southside out! By the by, the whole $10,000.00 monthly draw is a real perk!

Absolutely embarrassed by the level of service we received from the service department. My partner brought my 2016 Jeep renegade in for a $99 brake service as the car’s brakes have been squeaking for a couple months. A service that has been advertised by the dealership since September of 2017. The service advisor was unaware of what this service was and said she had never seen it before and suggested it was a promotion from last month so a picture was shown to her. She did agree to honour the price so that was appreciated. They brought the car in, and it was returned about 2 1/2 hours later. When driving the vehicle home the brakes are clearly making a louder squeak than before it was “serviced”. I phoned the dealership and spoke with the service advisor and asked if all four brakes were indeed serviced and she said only the rear brakes were done as the service is only for a “set” of either front or rear brakes not all four (also regardless of this the brakes are indeed louder). Interesting how she came up with this seeing as she seemed to have never heard of this promotion at the beginning. Also nowhere in the ad directly from their Facebook page does it say this. Upon me asking if the tech indeed cleaned debris, lubricated and took a road test (as this is NOT shown on any paperwork received) her response was “he should have” this does not instil much confidence. She did offer that I could bring the car back but said they can’t look at it today and can’t guarantee it wouldn’t cost anything which is quite sad considering I’ve already paid for the service. Edit: Just to be clear about their response, no one from this company has been in contact with me since writing this review.

We are very pleased with our experience at Southside. John and Elissa were both a pleasure to deal with and they were very informative and accommodating. We didn't feel any pressure to commit but we were well informed of all of our options. We highly recommend John Stewart and the team at Southside Dodge Chrysler Jeep!
