Amazing, came within 15 minutes of my call, had the car unlocked by the time I could get out my house, other companies I’ve waited for 1/2 an hour, very quick and easy, 10/10 would recommend.

Initial call to dispatch they seemed reluctant to give me pricing for an off road tow. However I'm glad I called back for the tow. Fern was friendly and professional. She kept me informed about seized bolts on the drivetrain and was very careful with my van on the rough road. She made a stressful day better with her great attitude. Thanks.

Excellent experience with Mario’s! This was my second time using them. I had amazing customer service from the initial dispatch call to the friendly tow truck driver Brandon. Way to go Mario’s towing! I’m so happy I called you guys.

Towed a 48000 dollar custom motorcycle and ratcheted straight to the paint after a 150 photo walkaround showing no flaws. Acknowledged the damaged paint and aluminum on receipt, was promised a call and never heard from them again. Spent 6 hours repairing the damage myself rather than pursue legal action. Edit: I returned to the lot and your own employee took detailed photos of the damage and acknowledged it. This is not a case of me not reporting it. At this point I'm not seeking repayment for the damage I've repaired it myself, I'm just letting others know. You also tore the bumper off a friends Blazer when you towed it. Additionally you charged me $170 for a 1.2km tow of a vehicle while I walked in to get a visitor pass at an apartment complex, your driver just happened to be there at the time. It took less than 10 minutes from the moment I locked my door to return to an empty parking lot. When asked about the charge I was told it was based on kms, when I presented the coodinates and distance I just received blank stares. This is not an isolated incident.

So this is my first ever review of anybody out there on google and obviously the reason is that i have never ever in my life experienced such a low of human dignity.... we've arrived to the esso station at manning park with a very low tank, i.e. the car was showing that it's enough for another 30kms tops. the gas station was closed and as it came out the self-service was actually not an option - there's not POS terminal for the card... the nearest next gas station is about 47 km towards Princeton, so theoretically there was no way we'll make it. luckily - i thought - one of Mario's towing came by... I asked whether i could buy of some fuel from him, but he just smiled and showed me his empty gas canister while telling me that actually he should carry some fuel with himself but he never does and that i should try to get to the nearest gas station... when i told about my situation, namely that i don't think we're gonna make it that far, and what are my options his only answer was: "you'll have to call a towing service, that is probably going to be me" and he just left... it should be obvious for everybody from your google reviews that this kind of behaviour is just the norm... i really don't understand how do you guys still manage to have a business with this type of service, but hey it's your thing... but one thing for sure i never, ever met anybody before on a road - especially a professional, who's actual job is to help out in these situation - with so little empathy. btw: we actually managed to get ourselves to the nearest gas station with our car on fumes, but that's for sure that even if we wouldn't have made it, i'd never call you guys to help me out...
