Alright, I've done all manner of business with this shop. I've had my car towed by them 3 times, they've towed me away once (i deserved it), and I've even junked a car with them for cash. Always stand up folks. Seriously, they've helped me out. I just called to ask a question about where to get my jeep repaired, and a nice fellow was happy to help. Really, a good business. Don't let these haters that got their car towed for a good reason be a factor in your decision. I can't imagine many tow companies that contract with the city have all that great of reviews anyways, but they've done right by me.

I just wanted to say how incredible these guys are! I was with my friend at Safeway and when we were ready to leave the battery was dead in the car.... And we had no jumper cables! Argh! I started asking other people in the Parking lot if they had cables but I was having no luck, and a nice young man pulled up next to us and asked if we needed any help! We asked if he had cables and in under 5 minutes we were on our way! It wasn't until we were leaving that he mentioned if we needed anything else or if we ever needed help again that his family owns a towing company and we should call them! I'm incredibly impressed and honestly this experience will be one I won't forget! He went out of his way to help us, purely out of the kindness of his heart!

My car was towed. I got my car back and discovered my phone was missing. I called them and they said that they simply would not have it. I did some investigting and discovered thgrough GPS tracking that my phone had arrived to west and sons (2:00a.m.) and then the service was cut off (3:00a.m.). This is funny because someone sent me an email saying they had bought my phone from someone and they needed the pin number and that they would return my phone if they bought it illegally. So obviously, when my car got towed at 2am and the service went off at 3am meaning the sim card had been taken out, that the guy who towed my vehicle had simply stolen it right from my car just after I got arrested as if my weekend wasnt bad enopugh. I m going to pursue all ends of the law to see that they admit they stole it and replace my 400$ phione. Everyone needs to know that these people are scumbags. Who else has access to my car at 3am to steal my phone but the driver? Guess again, my GPS has caught you. I am going to call them right now, just thought Ide write this out for all to see.
