A+ service from these fine folks everytime I've gone in!

Would not recommend to anyone. I was in an accident and they held my vehicle for over two weeks and told my insurance I did not sign a release form. I was in there three times to sign a release form and each time they told me I didn't need to but still refused to release my vehicle to the insurance so they could make more money.

Roadrunners helped me and my wife haul our tiny house. They provided prompt courteous service, excellent driving, and at an affordable cost. We highly recommend them.

Roadrunners was dispatched to help me after my vehicle broke down on Highway 37 about 40 minutes from home. I was alone with my two toddlers and feeling very overwhelmed. Jim the deck truck operator arrived within 15 minutes and promptly reassured me that things will be alright. I advised him that I called a cab as his truck can not accommodate 2 kids in carseats and myself. A minute later he told me to cancel the expensive cab as he called his office and found a person to volunteer to drive us home. He then gave my kids each a cute teddy bear and we waited for our ride home. Seeing how narrow the highway was and how fast people were going, ignoring the 60 kph emergency vehicle law, Jim waited for a break in the traffic then promptly moved his truck behind my vehicle in order to protect us from being hit from behind. Wow! Shortly after, Brandon arrived but vehicles were still speeding by, So Jim stopped our lane of traffic in order for us to move the car seats and kids into his vehicle safely and efficiently. Double Wow! Brandon drove us home and I'm sure he noticed I was shaken up so he kept me talking all the way home. Wow, wow, wow! He didn't want any payment for going out of his way to help us out either. People like Jim and Brandon and companies like Roadrunners- Tirecraft are few and far between. So many big city companies only care about $ and their bottom line, it is so refreshing to see people and a company that actually care. That's why I always support small town business and that is why these guys will get my future business from now on. Well done!
