It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Adam. He was prompt and professional and stood by the quote he gave us on the phone. It is such a breath of fresh air to deal with someone who cares about his clients. Absolutely will be recommending this business from now on.

Really disappointed with the service. I called and was quoted $800 for my car. They refused to come to okotoks so I very sketchily made the drive to shawnessy. They never took down any of my information and told me to call them to confirm the time to meet (when we had finally come to a conclusion). When I did, the gentleman that answered the phone said he hadn’t even written down where we were meeting so asked me the location, which I answered with no issues. When they showed up, the two gentleman were in such a beat up vehicle (it honestly looked like they’d just picked it up from a car crash) that I was already starting to hesitate. It was very unprofessional. One of the men then asked me how much he had quoted me at, and when I said I’d been told $800, he laughed. He told me he wouldn’t give me more than $150 for my car and then went on a big rant about how he wasn’t the one who had quoted me and how he didn’t like it when people quoted so high. My tires alone were worth more than that so I declined. I’m really disappointed and wish they had been more professional.
