They answered their phone right away and had a guy out right away. Many other companies didn’t even answer their phone! Highly recommended company! *Sorry for the miscommunication earlier today!!

Wrote them, received an $80 quote, accepted their services. 2 hours later I receive a text saying the distance is too far and they wouldn't do 24 kms for $80 and they thought it was 10 kms. I specifically stated which neighborhoods upon requesting their service and a 10 second google search showed the distance being 24 kms, I invite you all to google Edgemont to Dover and get the result yourselves. So after wasting 2 hours of my time waiting for this company I was given another quote of $120 which I have chosen to decline based off my experience so far. I believe there was a misunderstanding between the office and driver, I really would have liked it if they honored their original quote after my waiting 2 hours. They did offer to find me another quote which was nice but at this point I am extremely dissatisfied and wouldn't recommend people using their services in the future without getting a guaranteed quote. (Perhaps instead of saying neighborhoods, give exact addresses)
