My bike decided to turn off while travelling at 100 km/hr on deerfoot. Made it to Memorial and as soon as it stopped, it died. Called SEEL since they were the top ones on Google. 23 minutes later Robbie rolls up with a flatbed. He's an alright guy and gets straight to work. 32 minutes later I'm unloaded and at home. Cost me around $160 for the pleasure but what can I say? I called and he rolled up. Gave my wife and I a lift home. No fuss, no muss, no drama. 9:22 on a Sunday morning. Home safe and sound by 10:30. Can't complain about that.

Seel Towing provides exceptional service at an exceptional rate. Dan was very friendly on the phone and Darren , the driver, was very respectful and responsible during the assessment. He took the extra precautions to ensure no further damage to my vehicle would happen , and took steps to make sure I wasn’t stranded after the drop off and that I would be safe and accounted for. Additionally, Darren arrived within 5 minutes of the call and was efficient in preparing the car to be towed. Excellent service all around.

Terrible customer service and ethics! Average rates, but I would reccomend going with another company that provides better service and customer support as I had a very negative experience that left me feeling frustrated and angered. When I arrived to meet the tow truck driver he was so angry and furious that I felt intimidated interacting with him. I arrived at the time indicated when booking the tow, but he insisted that I was late and he had been there for over 15 minutes as he was flailing around and speaking loudly and aggressively. Once the vehicle was loaded onto the deck I followed from behind in my vehicle. We ended up going in to random communities and doing multiple u-turns before ending up at a car dealership in some remote community in the far northwest nowhere near my destination! The driver got out, acting aggressively again, saying this was my fault and that I was going to be charged for it. I did not even want to interact with him because of his attitude and tone so I stayed in my car and called the office. When on the phone with the office it was confirmed that the Dispatcher entered the incorrect address or there was a technical error which resulted in the tow truck driver and I driving all over Calgary for one hour in the complete opposite direction. Once the address was sorted out and we were enroute I called the office back again to let them know about my negative experience and interaction with the driver. However, I was met with more frustration as they defended the driver and did nothing to rectify the situation. Instead, I was accused of trying to gauge a few dollars off of the terrible service I recieved. I do not reccomend anyone to use this company. For the average rate you pay you will receive terrible customer service!

I had to tow out my car from the impound lot after an accident. Christina on the phone was very helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately I didn't get the tow truck driver's name but he was really thoughtful and friendly. Reasonably priced as well.
