I highly recommend Eric Clarke for an amazing job tonight!! I had to have my BMW M roadster towed and he knew exactly how to lift my car off the road enough to be able to tow it safely and securely. Awesome job Eric!!

Eric was a huge help in helping us deal with our broken down car. Quick to arrive, friendly and efficient with getting the car hooked up to tow. Wouldn't hesitate to use AAA Towing again in the future if we need a tow!

My vehicle decided it was done with the cold winter days and spat out its coolant and threw a temper tantrum. AMA was going to be 48hrs before they could come and save me! I called AAA and they said they could have a tow truck at my vehicle in an 1hr to 1 1/2hrs! I was blown away on how quick they were going to be. True to there word they showed up in that time frame. Martin was amazing! Such a nice gentleman. I was able to sit in the warm truck while he braved the cold. By the time Martin had shown up a nice fireman had come and rescued me and my vehicle and had taken me to the training academy. Martin had made the drive to Marlborough Ford enjoyable, I didn't really want to think about my poor vehicle at that moment. I had been doing that all morning. I know which towing company I will be calling again when I'm stuck. Thanks for everything!

Called for a tow because my starter went on my truck. The driver arrived and because it was close to his quitting time suggested I could catch a ride home with him and he didnt want to tow it. It would be cheaper for me to do the repair the next day. Then when I was approaching Okotoks, where I live, he asked me how I was going to pay for it? He drove me to thr bank and charged me $151.70 for jumpstart, km, fuel surcharge and tax. Then when I withdrew $160.00 he had no change. After I got a ride home from my daughter, I thought about what happened and phoned dispatch. They were surprised at what had happened and offered to tow my truck home for free. They also offered to reimburse me for the $161.70 that I paid the driver. It has been 4 days and I have not received my money back. Obviously they don't walk their talk. Never use them again. I will be telling all my friends and family what happened. Also the driver was smoking in the truck which is against the law for commercial vehicles. In response to the owner: I was never advised of the charges, rather they were sprung on me when I was getting driven to Okotoks. The driver was at the end of his shift and said he didn't want to tow my vehicle as he was off in a few minutes. He hit my starter with my hammer and asked me to turn the key. No different result then when I tried it. At that point he offered to drive me home. I would return the next day to repair the starter myself. Its a 20 minute job and I have done it before. I could have taken a taxi home and paid $30.00. My truck was in a secure location on private property. When I was offered to tow my truck home by another driver there was no discussion of any charges, in fact I was told it would be free. I was also told by the owner that I would get my money back. He wanted to hear my side of the story and get back to me. After 3 days of no response, I wrote this review. Those are the facts.
