Was in this office on Friday, waited in line for about 15 min, I ended up being served by Terrilynn. She was very attentive and thorough. While registering new cars for my company she informed me that my corporation was 3 weeks away from being dissolved, she promptly completed 2 annual returns for me and brought me up to date. I was very happy with the service when I left, despite the long wait. Thankful that my company was saved.

I did my road test at the Shawnessy AMA and I had Darell as my instructor! I had the absolute best experience, he didn’t put any pressure on me which made things a lot smoother!! Thank you Darell for giving me the best driving test experiencie!!

I've been with the AMA for more than 27 years now and will be moving to another service provider at my next renewal. My elderly parents have been with them for 39 years and will likely be moving to someone else. My mom called AMA (yesterday) because their car wouldn't start. The service truck showed up, looked at the battery and told them that the terminals were corroded and said that he would tow their vehicle to a shop of their choice. My parents said leave the vehicle where it is. My parents called me, I went up there, put jumper cables on the car and it fired right up. I shut the car off and cleaned the terminals with some water and baking soda and started the car - works just fine now. I spend less than 5 minutes on the car and I'm not a mechanic or trained to do this work. My parents have paid over $8,000 in the last 39 years for their memberships and this is the service that they get. Sad and unreal.

The roadside assistance is a joke. Between calls yesterday and today, I've spent 16hrs just trying to get in contact with someone to come by and give me a boost, or fulfill the "Battery replacement service" they claim to offer. I've gotten one call back at 10:30 at night, from someone who said they can't help. Called again early this morning, promised a 55min que, knew it would be a bit longer, was happy to give them an hour and a half. 4hrs later, still no phone call. Why am I paying for a service that never comes through. My work can't pay for me to take a cab every day to work and because of where i live, transit takes longer than walking 40min to work. Thank you, for nothing.
