Absolutely horrible company. Staff are rude and physically aggressive.   My cousin was involved in a vehicle collision wich totaled off her vehicle. Classic Towing holds the RCMP contract for their area; as a result of this, her vehicle was towed to their lot.   My cousin called Classic Towing to arrange a time to collect her personal items from her vehicle. Over the phone, a staff member gave her a time to collect her personal items and told her staff would be waiting for her outside.  Upon my cousin's arrival she was unable to find staff members inside. She noticed an open gate leading to their lot, so her, her boyfriend and her mom walked in looking for staff. At witch point a vehicle came speeding up behind them and to lage males got out of the vehicle & began aggressively confronting my 50 year old auntie saying that  they were trespassing.   My Auntie explain the situation and told the male that she would like to speak to a manager. The mail replied " I'm the f****** owner" my causing took a picture of the male as she didn't believe that he was the owner. The aggressive male noticed this and try to swipe at her phone. So my cousin's boyfriend told him he better not touch her. Anouther male picked up her boyfriend and threw him to the ground, as soon as her boyfriend was able to get back on his feet the male told them to get out but, once agian through her boyfriend to the ground preventing him from leaving. My Auntie was on the phone with 911 when the owner said the cops won't help you..    The police showed up and were able to help get them their personal items from the vehicle. My cusing is moving out of the country so is unable to press charges. This video is on facebook. If you type Classic Towing into the search bar you should be able to find the video.. a staff remember then commented on the video threatening other commenters.   If you have to go pick up a vehicle from this company go with somone, don't go alone.

Worst experience of my life. We had a horrible head on crash and our car was impounded here. From the get go on the phone the 'owner' was extremely rude and wanted us to store the written off car on my property or find somewhere else for it, even after i advised him the rcmp have told us we are not at fault and will not have to pay. We were then given a very unclear set of instuctions when we phoned and advised him we were 5 mins away, due to this we entered the property that had its gate wide open. The owner and part owner then sped over to our car (almost crashing into us) verbally abused us and told us to go wait out front. We did this and met them at the gate but the abuse didnt stop there, the 'part owner' would not calm down and proceeded to tell us we will have to come back at a later date. Due to this my girlfriend went to get a picture of the truck the 'owner' was driving just incase he was lying. He pushed and physically assaulted my girlfriend and when i came to defend her he did the same to me. It took the police coming to the impound lot for us to get our stuff in the end. Avoid this place at all cost!

They have towed quite a few cars for me, always show up when they say, have always been respectful and professional to me on the phone and in person and when I did phone around for rates before calling them they had the best price I could find.

Honestly I want to believe it was just a mix up, but I can't. I got into a car accident with my car which got towed by Classic Towing. I told every single person I talked to that I wanted my car crushed, they didn't, ended up racking up about $2000 in storage fees. Definitely would not recommend. Very disrespectful as Well, the owner flat out called me a liar over the phone. Took pictures of me on their cell phone WITHOUT my permission. And never called anyone that the car hadn't been dealt with until there were $2000 of storage fees.

These guys have assaulted two customers and also make up prices for yard rates there father son team are absolutely until professional! BE WARNED! !
