Good customer service on the phone. Unfourtunately I didn't ask for a deck truck even though the tow was possible with a regular truck and would in turn be cheaper. That's why this isn't a 5 star. But the interaction with drivers was great. There was some issues with weather melting the ice making it super slushy but I cry underneath, so pertaining to the location where I wanted to park my towed vehicle the deck truck got stuck and couldn't get in. He got unstuck relatively quickly and had to call a regular truck to come in and finish parking my vehicle. They ended up not charging me for the second truck and the drivers were very patient and in good moods even though it was a Friday night and no one wants to work a Friday night. Lol. Thanks LA

my car was stolen at 4pm i phoned the police, they got it back ,LA towing, towed it 36 KM for $433 , which is way overpriced, oh ya $50 just to make the invoice out, they got it at 7pm, i was there at 8am, could get it until 2pm so they charged $60 to 2 days, i feel violated.....
