Polite/friendly service in-house and even better customer service. After making a complaint (about gift card policies) the issue was dealt with promptly and professionally. Highly recommend.

A group of us came in to exchange currency. Not a single person in the building had any sense of urgency. They found it more important to move a sign then deal with increasing size of the lines both at the front reception and the individual sales counters. Sandra who were dealing with would check to computer to see the next customer in line, let out a massive sigh, as if the customers were a burden and then walk to the counter with a scowl on her face. Over hearing other phone conversations from the front receptionist was the final straw. At one point in time she also let out a dramatic sigh and tell the customer, clearly frustrated and with much attitude Told the customer tp the effect of "Well how am I supposed to know what you mean"
