Devon was awesome. Super quick! I was a few minutes away, when he had arrived at my car. He called and assured me not to worry, he would hook up the vehicle while he waited for me to get there. Told me to drive safe. I bought him a milk shake. Good guy, excellent service. Will definitely use them again, hopefully not too soon, though. I don’t need any more car issues.

My second time using Chappelles and am totally happy with both transactions. Mikey went out of his way to help and was courteous and friendly. I will only use these guys because I can count on them showing up when they say they will and doing a great job.

Mikey was awesome, absolutely went above and beyond, first off the place I broke down wasn't exactly an easy or safe spot for him to fit his tow truck but he did it no problem, also the AAA agent I had called messed up our location and gave us a ton of places too far away but when Mikey got there he helped us find the right place that wasn't too far and after dropping the car off he brought us free of charge to a place where we could get food and relax while we waited for our friend to come pick us up because we were 2+ hours from home. He made it all so much easier and helped my wife and I out a lot. Thanks so much.

My car broke down in the middle of a busy highway during rush hour. I was in a really unsafe spot and the tow came very fast and got it back to my house in no time. Devon the driver was very nice and really helped me out. Great friendly service

Always excellent service from Chappelle's Towing! Having a broken down vehicle is always stressful. Mickey made me feel right at ease that he would take care of my car. I feel blessed we have a reliable and honest tow company in the Vancouver area. They are always my first choice.
