Great service. Dispatcher was good and communicated instructions well. Dispatcher’s estimated time was accurate. Driver called just as dispatcher said he would. Driver communicated arrival time and called when location did not match address. Driver(Daniel) was courteous, outgoing, helpful, kind, friendly, and personable. Driver went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this company. Estimate from dispatch was open and honest and correct.

Daniel was very professional and informative about the entire process. He is truly a asset to this company. I would use this company again just because of him . Don't let his ink fool you he is truly a kind and courteous person, and promptly arrives ready to assist regardless of time.

Called and they immediately sent someone. The dispatcher was very kind and helpful. Dustin, my driver/tow truck extraordinaire, was awesome! He answered all my questions and took great care of me. Would absolutely recommend them.

Outstanding service. I was stranded and Matt and Jenny were so kind to me--stellar service with my vehicle--moved it safely and quickly. They also gave me a ride home for a small fee (I live in the middle of nowhere--they went way out of their way) and were a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommended!

Rush Towing is fantastic and reliable! The dispatcher was polite and informative. The tow truck arrived at the estimated time. Thomas, the tow truck driver, was friendly and reassuring. I'm keeping their card so if I, or anyone who asks for a referral, should need a tow again, I will definitely be calling Rush Towing!
