Extremely corrupted, disgusting, unethical company. This is the first time I've ever wrote a google review because usually if I'm unsatisfied with a business I just don't go back and forget about it, but this place is so unprofessional I had to make an exception. Here's just a few examples of encounters I've had with them. (They've towed me twice) -Impound lot looks like an actual prison straight out of Mexico (they use mobile homes for offices). -They tow cars very carelessly ( I went to retrieve my car from the lot and 2 separate occasions a tow truck driver was literally FLYING through the parking lot towing a $100k Land Rover one time and a BMW the second time squeezing between parked cars and cutting sharp corners in the dark. -Very unhelpful staff, always look depressed and show no human emotions. Felt like I was talking to a cement wall. -Ridiculously priced for towing. My fee came out to over $120 for a tow that was a 3 minute drive from their impound lot. - Minor Damage was done to my rims and on the towing sheet, the driver circled the entire picture of the car to mark where prior damage was done. Likely so if he did damage any part of my car, he'd be safe because it says the entire car is damaged. Very unprofessional, disgusting company. I would give 0 stars if I could.

If you're lucky enough to get Greg in Truck 36, you are in good hands! Had an incident where I got too close to a parking lot divider and my passenger side tire went a foot off the ground onto the divider. Called Busters, and Greg came within 15 mins. Greg executed a perfect vehicle recovery and there was zero damage to my car from the incident/tow. Greg was very professional, polite and very careful while recovering my vehicle. Despite my very embarrassing situation, he was very sympathetic. He was very knowledgeable about car mechanics and his explanations put me at ease. Bad days happen, and Greg's humanity definitely helped me get through this one!

From the drivers I’ve met I count 5 they are all junk and think it’s funny when they break vehicles dispatch and management also don’t care I counted 3 vehicles in 5 minutes as I confronted the guy told me he never hit nothing and lipped me off dispatchers laughed over it.... lack of training under experienced I would not even accept a free ride if I was stranded.

Terrible service!! We just went to get some stuff from a car that was towed and the people there were so rude!! They have a sign that says do not be rude to each other but clearly they are the ones that are at fault and don’t care about customers. This place is trash and should be shut down. Do not recommend busters towing at all.

My 1 ton truck died at work. The responder from Buster's was on scene 10 minutes quicker than estimated. Was unable to fix the problem but provided a diagnosis. Next day I had the larger tow truck on scene to take it to the mechanics. Total pro. Quick, careful and efficient. I totally recommend these guys if you need roadside help or a tow.
