I’ve always had horrible experiences with towing company’s except Mary’s. Their customer service is awesome. I wouldn’t recommend any other tow company but this one!! Very thankful for the nice woman dispatcher that had taken my call, unfortunately I hadn’t gotten her name and Tim who had shown up to tow my car. The price was a bit more than I was wanting to spend but I was willing to pay extra for service like this. I’ve always been a firm believer in cheap work ain’t good, and good work ain’t cheap. Thank you Mary’s Towing!! I will be returning for any help in the future.

As a towing company, it must be hard to get positive reviews. Mary's towing has shown the ability and courtesy to go beyond the normal towing company. They have helped with battery jumps, flat tires, and even lock outs! Having my vehicle towed is never a good scenario but luckily, their prices were not as much as other companies. The ladies in the from were very nice and had good information for me. Lastly, I was able to trade in my old junk cars and they picked them up as well as I got paid for the metal. I hope my car never gets towed away again as I learned my lesson on proper parking but if it does, I hope Mary's team is there to help me.

We broke down today on I-5 and Jeff from Mary's Towing was there so fast! Very courteous, efficient and just a really nice guy. He was so thoughtful and careful getting us out of our truck stalled on the inside lane and into his. Thank you Jeff! And Mary's, take care of this guy. You have a good one.

I was trapped on the side of i5, and the dispatcher was really kind and understanding while asking me about my location, contavt information, and type of vehicle. The driver who came and got me, Tim, was able to find me very easily, and was able to hook up my vehicle to his truck extremely fast! He was able to get my car where I wanted safely, and was even able back his truck down a long narrow driveway with ease. Tim is an awesome driver, and I will definitely call Mary's again if I am ever in need of another tow.
