Very poor customer service and the tow truck drivers are very reckless! Sad to see your company doesn't take criticism well. You should learn to better your company and learn ways to improve it. Larry miller never mentioned anything about your company "naylor towing." Strictly a review for you. People need to be aware of your drivers cutting people off on a freeway. Exact reason why people leave reveiws.

When traveling for work my old school ford diesel broke down. By far he most cordial and friendly towing service. They arrives within 30 minutes and within 10 minutes had me hooked up and towed to a shop.

Damn near hit a car on the freeway today. Really need to train the drivers better.

Thanks Naylor Towing for an easy professional move of my storage container. Prior to using Naylor Towing, I had contacted Idaho Storage Containers for the move. However, when ISC showed up the driver stated the container was too low to the ground and a jack was needed to get unit onto his trailer bed, which did not lower all the way to ground level. After waiting 20 minutes for someone to bring him a jack, ISC's owner Chance called me and said his driver told him the unit was too close to building to move. When I told him this obviously was not the case, he told me to call someone else and hung up on me. After searching online for another mover, I called Naylor Towing. We schedule a move the following week. It took Naylor's driver a matter of a few minutes to lift and secure the container on his trailer. I wish I had known to call Naylor Towing in the first place as it would have saved me a lot of time, money and headache!

The guy came on a Saturday, was in my driveway within half an hour. Very fairly priced given the circumstances, they really went the extra mile for me today. I will definitely be keeping them in my phone book for future needs.
