This company came out in whiteout conditions to pull us out of the ditch. Very friendly and helpful.

The new owners are hard working and very accommodating.

Absolute worst towing company I have ever experienced. We had broken down just outside Coleman, it was snowing and -27 degrees outside. I called AMA only to be told that South Country Towing refused to tow us because he doesnt like going to BC (we live in Sparwood) and that a truck from Fernie would be there in 2 hours....2 hours of waiting in our dead truck trying to stay warm because these losers "Don't like to go to BC" You live on the boarder for pete sakes!!! I had a terrible experience with them once before when i lived in Alberta, i had to get towed from Pincher to Blairmore and the tow truck was DISGUSTING the driver smelled like he hadn't showered in months! i had to have my window open the entire way, the truck was FILLED with garbage, bottles, cigarette packs, so much so that i had to put my feet up on my husbands lap. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy, they are lazy, ignorant and obviously have no idea how to run a business.
