Never had problems in 5 years with using there service until now. Only 1 (one) star because I have never felt so despicable & disreputable. I wish I never suffered from a mental illness now for the reason that I ran into a policy from Willie’s Towing that erupted into an embarrassing & stressful disagreement about my worker being denied to speak on my behalf after giving permission to do so. I have had a difficult life, an unmanageable year, and now a terrible day. I am worthless, but I do not need it pointed out.

DO NOT use this company. If you have AMA, request to NOT be serviced by Willie's Towing. Absolutely the worst experience of my life. My car needed to be towed to a different garage about 4km away. The driver assured me that he would take it there and leave it right outside the garage no problem. This was around 6:30pm. I assumed all was fine until I got a phone call from the new garage the next morning at 8:00am informing me that my car was left in the middle of the road with a tire missing. My car was completely damaged and scraped from being dragged without a tire. I received no phone call from the towing company about any issues. Once I dealt with the car being left in the street, I contacted AMA who was also unaware of any issues. I called Willie and he just told me that the tire fell off so they had to leave it and it was not their fault. When I asked why I was not informed of any of this, he simply said that he was busy and hadn't gotten around to calling me. This was literally 20 hours after they attempted to tow my car. Absolutely unacceptable. Willie refused to take any sort of responsibility and didn't bother to apologize for not contacting me about the issue. Worst company I have ever had to deal with.

1 only because i guess i could go 0.This is one of the most terrible places i have ever had to deal with. I had to drive from Crossfield over 3 hours and back and show my drives licence and ownership not by fax or email they would not accept it , so my son could get the vehicle back. The said they did not care that I was 67 years old or the expense to me they said it was my son's and my problem not there problem.Then they changed the price when we went to pay she said she made a mistake when we got there.
