I was in Fairview on a Friday afternoon, and heading to Edmonton. My tire warning light came on just as I was about to leave. I stopped by Warren's Automotive & Towing. Despite their bays all being full and busy, Warren said "we'll make it work". Warren and his team removed the wheel, installed a plug, and had me back on the road as quickly as they could. He offered me a coffee and a magazine while they did the repair. While I was waiting, a college student came in with a problem, and Warren treated him the same way - he knew the young fellow had to head home for the weekend, so he made sure that his problems were addressed. I highly recommend Warren's Automotive, they are a first rate organization.

Really appreciate the service I got at this shop. I’m from Calgary, and there are places there that don’t even measure up to this good service. I had to take my car to a dealership to ensure the warranty would last, and they would throw multiple issues my way, costing me hundreds of dollars. I took my car to Warren’s, and they did a full inspection only to tell me one thing needed fixing. It’s nice to have a genuine mechanic work on your car. He even stayed a bit later so we could come and grab it. Very kind and sincere people here.

My gf and I have twin cars. I had her windshield done 3 years ago where I'd been living and it was $75 less to have it done here yesterday this time to my car. I was pleased that the cost was less and wish I'd had her car done here as well - lesson learned. Things don't always cost more to have it done in a small town! Excellent service, friendly, knowledgeable and polite staff. Car was ready the day they said it would be. Other glass places could take lessons from these people.
