Today I loaded my 10 month old daughter into my vehicle and didnt realize that she had my keys. As I was dusting the snow off my vehicle I heard the doors lock, I tried to get in with no luck, I looked for my spare set which just so happened to be left at a friends house. Called true north towing in a panic, the lady on the phone was calm, collected my information while simultaneously dispatching her driver. They drove from the opposite side of town, were at my house in 10 mins and had my daughter out of the vehicle safe and sound and to top it all off the dispatch figured I had already had a rough enough day and didnt charge me for the call. Its kindness like this that restores your faith, I will definitely pay it forward. Can't thank them enough for their speedy assistance, their number is currently saved in my phone and they will definitely be my go to from now on when it comes to any roadside assistance. Thank you!

This afternoon again , I was proved how amazing this town is . Fort McMurray strong is still around . My late fathers corvette was transported to Fort McMurray from Montreal. It arrived here this afternoon by transport . My mother called True North Towing at 1pm . Saying we will need a tow at 4pm when the car arrives in town . Well us thinking it's a blizzard out there we will be waiting awhile , NOPE , they were there at 4pm sharp, not only did we receive top notch service but we were blown away with the generosity and compassion that this company showed us , they called us back a few hours later to let us know that the tow was on them today . This is more then we ever expected today . Wow thank you from the bottom of my family's heart ! This was amazing service ! Thank you !!

Excellent surface, needed my large tool box moved to my new place of employment. There professional driver easily winched the box up on to the deck and i was very happy with the care the driver took by putting padding under the straps to prevent damage to my box
