We dealt with this dealership for several years as we purchased our first vehicle here and had the maintenance done here regularly. The staff in the service department are very friendly and helpful, no complaints there at all and our initial purchasing experience was fine. We recently looked at trading up to a new vehicle though and were unhappy with the experience. Our overall feeling walking away was that we were being deceived and taken advantage of. We felt like the manager whom we dealt with was definitely being non transparent despite the signs all over the show room claiming full transparency. We also felt very little sense of appreciation for us as loyal customers who had brought in multiple family members who ultimately purchased multiple vehicles from Nissan. Our experience here led us to purchasing from a different dealership and different car brand. Unfortunate.

Gave us a courtesy vehicle right away without knowing the issue of our vehicle and even let us keep it all weekend even tho our vehicle was fixed by the end of the day but we don't live in town. Very nice people there

To be frank: CAMERON & LAUREN ARE THE GO TO PEOPLE FOR THE BEST NISSAN EXPERIENCE!!!! In all my years as a Nissan customer, I've never experience such customer service and customer satisfaction!!! Not only was I able to trade in my vehicle at a good value, what I got in return far exceeded my expectations for a new vehicle. They also worked at making sure that the price was affordable. If you get a chance to read this review, I recommend getting your vehicle at this establishment. Heck, just use me, Teddy as a reference and they'll be sure to treat you right.
