Very good response time. Driver was very knowledgeable and diagnosed my problem but towed me where I was going - he was spot on with his thoughts on my vehicle. Had no complaints whatsoever - used twice now.

Had the bad luck of AMA assigning these guys. Despite AMA confirming my address and town of breakdown, after 3 hours wait and calls/texts saying they were on their way they still went to the wrong town.

I have had APL tow my car twice in the last 2 years. My car is low to the ground and is not an easy vehicle to tow and needs to be on a flat deck. On both occasions the driver was very knowledgable and took a great deal of care in loading and unloading my car without damage. Thanks for a consistently great job guys!

I usually never Complain about service , I am pretty stoic about crap service , but this draws the line. I went on a solo fishing trip to star lake, which is east of wabamun lake. I had driven a tad too close to the lake and could not back up, my tires kept sliding. I called AMA and they referred me to a "sub contracted company" called , APL TOWING, they are based out of wabamun lake. I speak to the lady and she says it's going to cost you 60$ per hour for your tow. I told her I'm an AMA member and she said that I am out of range ???? :0, I was in diar need of assistance and I said ok, 60$ is fine, she said a truck should be there in 20 minutes. 3 hours later a truck shows up , he was an awesome guy, very friendly and winched me out in 10 minutes. I then pull out 70$ dollars and the guy says your total is 129.50$! I was speechless , I said I thought it was 60$? He said , he was told to charge me 129.50$ and to call the APL dispatcher. I pulled out my debit card and paid him 129.50$ for 10 Minutes of work :/. I called the female dispatcher At APL towing and asked , why was I charged 129.50$? She said an hour for towing is 60$ and another 2.00$ per Km from wabamun to Duffilied which is 30 km. I said to her , you never stated that you would charge me For kms nor, The full hour, she starts to yell And argue with me That she did . I was extremely perturbed! I work hard for my money, and for someone to rob me Blind is unacceptable. I did some research on google and wabamun to Duffiled is only 15 Km, not 30. Way to go APL towing , for ripping off an honest, Law abiding citizen, who was barely able To afford this mini vacation.
