Transmission went out in my car brought it in for service, I realize I did not buy the car there however we will be looking for a second car in the near future; I will not buy from here you make more on a repair than a purchase so why not give someone a loaner car. Treat all customers with decency and they just might become future customers. I will not!

Visited for basic service and a warranty issue. Everything was covered no problem and they offered to clean my car before I got it back. One of the sales consultants got my kids a couple gummy snacks and overall the atmosphere was very relaxed. The pricing was competitive and the work was done quickly. Overall a great visit. I'll be back again in the future.

Worst service department ever. Make you wait for hours when you have an appointment, charge you hundreds of dollars to diagnose when you already told them EXACTLY what the problem was and what needed fixed. Charge you for additional service when you say you don't want it done. Tell you things are under warranty, then charge you when you pick up the car because it wasn't totally under warranty. Horrible service. Dishonest.
