The staff are super friendly, courteous and helpful. I was asked what I was looking for in a vehicle, what kind of vehicle and what my affordability was as well. Derek went right to work and found me everything I asked for and more. There was none of the normal games sales personnel play. He met every single one of my needs that I was looking for and got me a great price. If you're in need of a vehicle this is the place to go ask for Derek and tell them Jeremy sent you.

Recently received an envelope addressed to me, marked "Personal And Confidential To Be Opened By Addressee Only". As there was no sender identification on the envelope, I normally would shred this type of mail, but I was curious who the sender actually was, so I opened it. Inside was a document "Proposal To The Canadian Automotive Consumer" signed by General Manager Curtis Fellows. The document listed new vehicle purchase incentives - in essence marketing materials. This type of marketing approach is an over reach by Stony Plain Chrysler. Correspondence marked "Personal And Confidential To Be Opened By Addressee Only" is for truly personal and important matters, not sales propaganda. So disappointing to see a local business stoop to this type of sales tactic.

Service department is satisfactory. I had an issue with a used 2012 Ram 2500 I purchased. I had a disagreement with the Sales Manager and it was NOT resolved to my satisfaction. I will continue to have my Ram serviced there but I will not buy another vehicle there.

Just purchased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee North. Steve was amazing he found a vehicle with my must haves and worked hard to come as close to the payments I can afford. This is my third vehicle from this dealership and they treat the customer well. No high pressure sales. Thank you Steve, Olivia and team. Fiona

This was my first experience with Stony Plain Chrysler. I went looking at dealerships outside of Edmonton after receiving more than lacklustre service from a few dealerships and thankfully was referred to Steve Butler! There were no hassles, just relaxed negotations. In the end, Steve wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase. And he followed up with me a few weeks later just to make sure I was still in love with my new Jeep Compass! What an amazing dealership to deal with all around - from the sales manager Adam, to Olivia and Eric in finance and really any staff who walked by, always did so with a smile and a friendly hello. I would (and have!) highly recommend Stony Plain Chrysler and Steve Butler in particular, to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle! Can't wait for my first visit back for my first service appointment!
