Speeds is the company my auto insurance uses for roadside assistance tows. I've had to use them twice in the last month (the car is going to the scrap yard this time)... and they've been very awesome. Today I had to get my cat and myself picked up after the car died at the vet. The car was in an awkward spot in a tight parking area and the guy got it out in no time on a huge flat bed. Same situation at home where the car had to be in a specific spot in a narrow parking area and no problem. I didn't get his name and feel horrible that I didnt have cash to tip or I would have, the driver was awesome and we even had a cool chat about our cats on the drive home. Thanks Speeds!

My brother had his SUV and tailor with his wave runners on it towed. We were dealing with Joseph who was helping us get the info to get them out or at least get his belongings but because he just got the vehicles yesterday and has not transferred them into his name they were needing his bill of sale which was no problem. Then we get a call from some lady named Michelle who said we had to have a notarized bill of sale to even get his belongings. I explained that I work for the DOL and even we don't require notarized docs to transfer a title. She then told me that SHE was requiring it. I asked who was above her that I could speak with and she refused to give me anymore info only saying she was in charge and then hung up on me. So unprofessional and doing very illegal things by holding someone's property.

Straight forward and honest towing company. They take good care of their equipment, as well as the vehicles they tow. They provide great service in a timely manner. Always recommend Speeds

I was in a car accident. The first towing company lied about their time and kept pushing it back. After 4 exhausting hours speeds towing was called I was quoted a 2 And 1/2 hour wait. Overwhelmed from my accident my daughter and I stuck on the side of the road. Had not eaten and were freezing. I told speeds my situation and in know time at all they had a driver out to us.... thank you dispatch and thank you James the driver for making my day a bit better after all I went through....

An older woman working at this location was very rude and unprofessional in my experience. No humanity in her demeanor toward someone going through a difficult time . It's time she retired.
