Had a challenging 20-km move of a 5th Wheel trailer, including a last-minute extra job of relocating a 1-ton truck on the same property. Matt assisted with great equipment, advice, and personal involvement. He went the extra mile and I could not have asked for a better man to help me with this difficult move. Thanks Matt!

I have unfortunately had to use Reliable Towing a few times more than I would have liked to. That said, my experience with them has always been great. I've used them for towing passenger vehicles & recommended them to a friend that needed a heavy haul (that was 1 nice looking truck, photo attached). Reliable Towing also helped out recently with golf carts for the Mission KidSport Charity Golf Tournament, a local charity that sponsors kids to play sports, when their families cannot afford to register them. I will always use companies that support local charities.

Absolutely amazing customer service from Matt, who woke up at 4 am on Xmas day to tow my brother's car from a ditch. Complicated tow, took two hours. Matt knew exactly what to do and had a friendly demeanor the whole time.

I can’t remember his given name as his nic name was easier to remember. So Bear came and found easily enough! Got my truck hooked and booked in no time!! He was courteous, friendly and helpful!! He brought me and my truck a place to get fixed and was kind enough to drop me off at home!! Glad I called Reliable Auto Towing!

I had a fantastic experience with these guys. Prompt tow after I crashed on the Coquihalla; at the dispatch office, they were extremely accommodating, bought me a coffee and even arranged for a ride with one of their trucks to my end destination, Vancouver. Thanks in particular to Jim and Mike for towing me and going the extra mile; Kristen in dispatch for helping me to get to Vancouver; and Scott, for giving me a ride to Vancouver. Best towing experience I've ever had.
