Excellent!! Was stranded on Crystal waters road about a month ago and when Mike ( name?) came by with the flat deck we quickly loaded it up. Mike was professional, courteous and a person you could have a conversation with. Thinking it was going to be a relatively huge bill getting towed to Vernon it was actually reasonable. Definitely will be my first call when needed again. Recommended.

I got into an accident at around 3am, when I called the lady who answered was friendly and professional, and a truck even arrived within 30 minutes which I was thrilled about. The crew was experienced, and made sure I was okay. Afterwards they were very flexible with giving me access to my car to retrieve some Items out of it. I will highly recommend these guys to anyone I know. Thanks for the great service!

December 30,2017. I just had my 1993 Mazda pick up towed. I was quoted about $65 dollars for a tow from downtown Vernon to my home, a distance of about 3 km. I was surprised to be handed a bill for almost $100 for a tow that could have not been easier and should have taken less than half an hour to complete. They had added a $12 mileage charge and a $9.25 fuel surcharge for a 3km tow for a job that never took them more than 5 km from their office...How shady is that? Note added on December 31.Please see the owner's response to this to see what the level of customer care is from these guys. They were asked very specifically if there were any other charges other than the $65 tow and they told me "no". I don't expect to dodge the GST but even that amount gets increased when you add on $21.25 in mileage and fuel surcharges. I have worked in the towing and transportation industry for most of my long adult life. The one thing that I have learned about running a fair business is that you stick to a quote and when you screw up a quote you learn from it and move on. As for giving him a copy of his competeter's written quote... He does not deny that Pro Tow quoted me $65. And that was not a written quote. In the towing business most quotes are verbal ( especially for quick in town tows). In all the years that I was involved in the towing and transportation industry I don't think I was ever asked for a written quote, but I stuck to every quote I ever made.

I would like to thank the after hours tow truck driver that rescued myself and four children off the highway just past Atlantis Waterslides. My van blew a hose and we were stranded on the side of the very busy highway. Not only did he spend time trying to diagnose the problem, but he stayed with us until the cab came to get us and made sure we got to Vernon safely. Our van was towed to Canadian Tire and he made sure they had all the details of the breakdown. He was sympathetic, caring, and really went above and beyond in making sure the children and I stayed safe. Thank you!

Had my vehicle towed, $130 to pick it up. They scratched my hood and damaged my weather stripping. I showed them the damage, they denied doing it and told me I “wasn’t getting anything for free” before walking away and closing the door. Terrible service!
