My lease of a 2018 Ford and its service has been excellent. On the original order, a hitch had somehow been missed. Watkins ordered the item and installed it on my new vehicle without additional charge. Now that's service!! it was hassle free and completed in good time. There couldn't be a better recommendation.

2017 Ford Focus SEL I LOVE IT. It handles well, accelerates nicely and it looks good. The white gold with black accent is so nice. I love that it has 911 assist and auto climate control. The staff at Watkin Motors were awesome too! Thanks for selling me a great car at a great deal!

Although there were no techs available when we arrived (5:30pm) to scan our car for a check engine light, they didn't just say sorry and send us on our way. Instead, they called around, and found us a different local shop that was able to scan the car and see what the issue was. And he didn't even cry he for the diagnostic! Thank you very much, not only did you put our mind at ease, but you also went above and beyond.

Thank you Dean Hutter for your wonderful help in helping us purchase a new vehicle. In a short amount of time we were able to test drive and get your expert knowledge on a vehicle that best suited our family. An overall great experience... Elaine Bale

Had one of the best dealership experiences here with the purchase of a Expedition. Our sales rep was Jeremy and he is definitely a rising star. We had very little time with young kids in tow and Jeremy completely understood our needs. To the point where he made sure our kids were well taken care of on the day of delivery so we were not distracted. Thanks again Watkin Motors!
