Friendly, fast, but the pricing feels like highway robbery. It's like they charge whatever they want for 10min of work just because we have no choice. I locked my keys in my car. The process to unlock my car was relatively quick and simple, but it still cost more than I make in an hour at my job. It's not this company only though. I was quoted roughly the same everywhere else I called. At least Johnson's was fast and the guy was friendly. If you have to call a tow company, might as well call them.

Very satisfied with the driver and his customer service. I made the call and they arrived in less then 30min. The driver was very careful with my vehicle and explained every step and precautions he was taking to ensure the safety of my vehicle during transportation. I would highly recommend this company to anyone of my friends and family.

The driver was polite and helpful, everyone I talked to was professional and informative. Towing picked up my car in a very timely manner, they’re a great service

Called Johnson's around 1pm on a Saturday after my transmission went out on the freeway. They said there would be a 30-45 min wait. After about 10 min I called back and asked if we could arrange an unattended tow, as my house was a short walk an it was a hot day. The dispatcher was short with me and said that the vehicle would have to be attended. I said okay and proceeded to wait. 2 sweaty and uncomfortable hours later I called back to ask for an updated ETA on the extremely late truck. I was informed by the same grumpy dispatcher that I had canceled my request and that no truck was coming. Of course this was absolutely not accurate. In the end I called ASAP Towing who gave me a 1-2 hour wait time and happily offered me an unattended tow. I caught a ride home with a concerned statey and avoided another 2 stifling hours sitting on the side of the freeway.

This was a while back are bad experience wasn't due to our friend's car being towed. It was when we went to retrieve it we were told we could not enter the building with her. This for her was very uncomfortable she did not want to be alone with this man. Then have the nerve to say that if she didn't come in alone she would not get her car back. But not even ten minutes later another group of people showed up and he let them right in. Overall I'm stating his professionalism was very low.
