Guy at the front desk was an absolute champ. So caring and considerate of us (who weren't even customers yet) and his co-workers and the business needs. (We were in Tuesday the 19th)

Although we've not needed car services or towing for quite some time, we can speak to the integrity, honesty and work ethic of each of the owners of this business. They are also generous contributors to the community and we are pleased to recommend this business!

No matter how big or how small, I always turn to the professionals at Fix Auto in Courtenay. They are always fantastic and have my car ready when they say it's going to be ready!

FixAuto made what was a stressful time, much easier to handle. My vehicle was returned to me faster than they planned and looks stunning again. They were clear with the lifetime warranty on work and took the time to make my ride shine again too. Thanks to Jesse for going above & beyond.

Very pleased with the People and service they provided at a very stressful time. All our questions were answered in a timely and friendly manner. Our vehicle hit a deer and stalled on the side of the highway on a very dark evening, it was towed back to Fix Auto in Courtenay. Both Jason and Jesse were was very helpful in setting up as soon as possible, a courtesy car and dealing with the insurance agency claim. Unfortunately our vehicle was written off in the end, but we would like to thank everyone at Fix Auto for their assistance.
