If i were able to, this company would get NO star from me. The driver who came to assist me refused me service, was verbally abusive, denied the slander he vehemently and verbally attacked me with, claimed he wouldnt tow me out as it was unsafe without flaggers but refused even if i were to pay for flaggers. The driver for the towing / impound in Scotch Creek managed to do the job without flaggers, with out judgement, without damaging my car and without the crappy attitude problem the other guy from sorrento towing clearly suffers from. In my opinion what was truly dangerous was leaving a woman who has just had an accident, standing crying in the pouring rain after verbally assaulting her and calling her a liar! Also I pay 200 per year for a service this driver with a big attitude and chip on his shoulder took it up on himself to deny me...which resulted in a grand total of 400 dollars and no place to sleep, as now I had to come up with $ to pay for towing and overnight impound fee.... and to top it off, an additional 109 dollar ticket for failing to keep right. WILL DEFINITELY NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM...PARTICULARLY IF YOU HAPPEN TO BE A WOMAN...I FELT UNSAFE DEALING WITH THIS GUY AND HE LEFT ME IN AN UNSAFE POSITION.

My rad blew at the worst time and these guys came out right away and helped me. They figured out pretty quickly why the rad blew and were quick to get me back on the road.
