I stupidly parked my car in a tow away zone and was towed by these guys (first time towed away in my life) I was annoyed but totally my own fault. The lady at the desk made it bearable - best you could ask for considering the circumstances. Hopefully wont see these guys ever again!

If I could give them no stars I would. They are rude and will rip you off. My scooter had been stolen and when the police recovered it they took it there instead of just letting me get it towed home. It went to their lot at midnight and I was at the lot to get it by 8 in the morning and they charged me $45 for the 8hrs it had been there then another $119 for the 6 blocks they had to tow it from where the police found it...total bill $158 only to find out when they brought out my scooter it was trashed (parts missing, wiring ripped out etc) had I known that I would have left it and not paid the $158 plus the $135 to have it towed to my house! Plus the women who work there are so rude and condescending, I will never use them again! I felt violated when my scooter was stolen and then felt the same way when I got it back. I don't know how they look themselves in the mirror each morning. Its disgraceful how they treat people and they should be ashamed if themselves!

How has this place not been shut down? Complete hacks. The staff are gross. I encourage you to stop by and have a look at this hole. Its hilarious. Most of the staff are rednecks. Incapable of completing sentences. Very shorts tempered and confrontational. What do you expect, just look at the reviews on this place. The fact the owner had to go on the news and argue and point across after ripping off some woman. Its a good thing people got together to pay this poor young woman's bill.

They will tow your vehicle,impound it. not phone you and sell your car when it’s there for “too long” biggest scammers in town they are so bad they try to advertise under another company name for towing apparently they are racist towards asians and prejudice against the LGBT community

***ZERO STARS*** This is the place you want to work at if they have absolutely no life and are the most miserable people in the world. The woman there and the sad guy at the front are dumb and evil. We came to get our car back but because the ID said Mike and the insurance said Micheal they didn't give us our car back. Even though the documents had the exact same birthday and the same address they refused to give us our car back. I swear they have a walnut sized brain!!! When I asked for my car keys back they refuse to give them to me, It had my house keys and all my other keys that I needed. They have no right to hold your personal property like that, and of course they gave my keys back when I threatened to call the police for taking personal property. I guess some people just can't do anything better in life and just want to screw with people as much as they can and make money doing it, but karma is real.
