A few nights ago, in the wee hours of the morning, our daughter broke down, downtown, vehicle wouldn't start. It was 3:30 a.m. and as she has BCAA, she called them. No flatbed trucks were available through them, they called several other companies to assist, nothing happening, no company had a flatbed until 7:00 a.m. ...until they called Tow King. Tow King immediately dispatched a flatbed, were there within 30 minutes and rescued our daughter/friend and her truck from the freezing cold, got our daughter's truck to the shop AND got the girl's home safe. This is a company that actually cares, so take down their number now for when you might need them!!!

Called Tow King and was quoted a price of roughly $90.00 for a tow and hook up. Total distance for the Tow was 1km. Ended up getting charged $175.00. On top of being charged almost double of what I was quoted, I was told I should be greatful that he, claiming to be a military vet, fought to allow people like me and my family, visible minorities, into his country. Being born and raised in Canada, if I can prevent ome person from having the same experience as me than this post was worth it.

Purchased a used car and it quit the next day. They bought this car from someone who sold it as scrap. Her mechanic said it was unsafe but it didn't bother them. All I got out of them was sorry. Car is not repairable and now will have to be scrapped. Pretty crooked operation
