At the tail end of a disaster of a trip, we found our vehicle battery had died. Drake Towing was there very quick and saved our butts. The driver, Jerome, was kind and calming as he jumped our vehicle (cube van with a condenser) with enough juice to get us to where we needed to be. We cannot express our gratitude enough for Jerome and Drake Towing for saving the day. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts.

Lately the service has been great. I use their lot for parking trucks for work and the quality of customer service has greatly improved. Thank you for a job well done. :)

Dishonest. Rude. My husband and I were charged almost twice more than quote. The tow truck driver and the company operator were rude. Stay away from this company. Hope Karma do its job sooner or later. My husband could not start the car because of the car key problem. His cell phone ran out of battery, so he called me to call BCAA before his cell phone died. Since we were not their members, they gave me Drake towing number. I called and get the quote which was no more than $80, so I greed. The tow truck driver came and said just gave him money and tip. My husband was asked for $108 plus tax plus tip. When he came home, we found out that we were overcharged. The day after, I called to get the quote again to see if I misunderstood something. The company operator asked where the car was, where I wanted the car to be towed to and whether the tires had problems. I told him to tow my car from a parking lot of a place to the dealer which was 4 km. away and both places were in the city. The car had only key problem. He said then the quote was $65 plus tax. He did not mention that there would be other charges. Then I asked why we were charged $108 plus tax. He gave me the accuse that the company used dolly to tow the car. He threatened to charge me more because I asked what I did not agree with. Then he hung up. Not recommend at all and stay away from this company

I had to get towed out when I hit black ice, jumped the curb & spun out 180° coming off the highway. Paul was awesome, I didn't know what to do & he explained everything patiently & was very supportive. Gave him a thank you hug. After I called BCAA, I got a call from the towing company who told me how long, then one of their smaller trucks that was in the area stopped by to check it out and report in & that driver let me know help was on the way in ten minutes.

Really bad service and more expensive that other options. My car needed to be towed and I called them. They showed in 30 minutes, which was good, but then the tow truck driver was very rude for no reason from the very beginning and did the minimum effort to be helpful. Additionally, the service cost us much more than expected, specially after comparing to other companies I had to try later in the area. NOT RECOMMENDED. Poor service and expensive. There are better options in the area.
