WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TOWING COMPANY. Go ahead and look for an alternative. We were lied to and frauded into paying more than we were told. We were told that it would be $95 to tow a car from the specified address, which we gave them in advance. We were charged $150. They asked for cash only, no machine to pay with card. If I ask them for a receipt on their back end, I hope they can find it and that the full $150 was accounted for a not slipping into his pocket. This could be easily resolved, but there are other reviews that they don't solve their pending issues. Management doesn't reply to emails or answer calls unless it's to dispatch you to get your new business.

Terrible customer service. Quotes given were completely wrong and not only did they admit they made a mistake, they yelled at me to pay for their mistake. Absolutely unbelievable, will never hire this company again.

Needed a tow to the mechanic. Called in, Got a quote for 69$. He arrived 10 minutes later, had it hooked up in 5 mins. Took my payment for 69$. And that was that! That’s all I can ask for and He was nice and friendly. ( 2 weeks ago a different tow company charged me $160 for a 2 block tow. .....that is why I’m skeptical to begin with) Thankyou Advance towing for not ripping me off and for keeping it simple & timely. I will call you again, if ever needed.

Just amazing. Great service, good price. Within 45 minutes I was back at home with the car parked in my underground garage!

AWFUL service. Called in and asked for a quotation on how much the towing would cost. I provide her with the address of both point A and point B. I also told her it was underground ( I even had to call back to give her the underground heigh limit) and she quoted me $95 + tax. After everything was done, the driver asked me for $150 cash. I asked him why and he started to make up all these extra charges like the fact that the car was underground. I already told them from the get go that the car was underground and that’s what she quoted me. I called their office where a rude guy answered and yelled at me asking if I wanted them to tow it back to where it was initially. He also said the girl at the front desk made a mistake and asked me condescendingly if it’s okay to make mistakes these days. Of course it is .. but does that mean I should pay for her mistake? Complete FRAUDS. Do not use this towing company unless you want to be charged more then what they initially quoted you. They might make another “mistake” and hold you accountable for it. A complete joke.
