Extraordinary Service!!!!

Francis is a very good man. You cannot find anyone that will help you like he did in this kind of business. All the other towing charge an arm and a lef where this please is absolutely affordable. He will help you in anyway he can to get your car to where you need it to be. I would 100% recommend him to all my family and friends!! It is a great pleasure meeting you Francis!!! My husband absolutely adores you and thanks you for bringing him home!

Francis is literally the kindest soul alive. He towed my car for a VERY cheap price even though my car was underground. It was really quick and easy to reach him. I would HIGHLY recommend him if you need to get your car towed. So blessed to have found him. :)

I can't remember the name of the guy who towed my truck but my experience with cost less towing was great. My tuck was ruined from the rain when I left the sunroof open at the airport. They helped me try to trouble shoot in the parking lot of the airport but once we couldn't figure the issues they towed me for a good price to the dealership. My tower was offering great suggestions on the matter and definitely helped me save a few bucks. Cost less towing was very helpful and has A++ service. They were able to relate on a personal level to my situation and appreciate everything they have done for me.

Yep all those great reviews are true! Starter quit on me at Costco parking lot in Richmond and needed that dreaded tow back to Vancouver. Did a google search for local towing companies with good reviews. Found Cost Less Towing, called and spoke to Francis, said he will call me back in 10 minutes. Showed up On time and agreed on a price. Did the tow, experience was positive and pleasant. Highly recommended and will definitely call Francis again if needed in the future but hopefully not anytime soon!
