Shout out to the tow truck driver who made a stressful situation less terrible. He was so patient and fun with the four kids who were with me when my keys were locked in my car. Dare I say he made Mom’s mistake the highlight of their day!

Awful service! Rude driver who ran a red light. He told me it would be $96 while we were driving then we got to my house, he unhooked my vehicle and told me it was more then double. I told him i needed to get more money from the house he rehooked my vehicle and left he then didnt even put my licence plate in the system! He was a total jerk!

Absolutely excellent service !!! Right from dispatch and especially our operator !!! Dispatch was so professional and polite... The operator arrived as stated. Super busy Saturday afternoon, weather was brutal and the tow was not easy. He did everything in his power to make the situation better. Thanks again for the quality service you provided and I was more than happy to pay for it !!! Dale

My first time calling a tow place as l felt lost sitting in the middle of nowhere near Scott road at 6 am after my tire deflated. I found their services prompt and excellent with basic tow services. I felt confidence when flat deck tow truck showed up and spoke to call center to confirm price and services at an affordable price of $85 where it was towed 5 km. The fella also let me know about that bill could be submitted to ICBC if you have road star and options of BCAA. I got a Roadway referral from Fountain Tire where my car was serviced and towed to.

Idiots left the car with the hazards flashing and all of the windows rolled down over night in their yard. Absolute incompetence.
