Great tow driver, friendly helpful and prompt service at a really competitive price.

Tow truck driver was nice and they showed up relatively quickly when my truck broke down, and they made it easy to pay over the phone and have the truck dropped off at a shop without me having to go with it.

I had a commercial truck towed. The lady on the phone was professional and it went smoothly

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. There are much more professional and polite tow truck companies out there. I had the pleasure of speaking with the most unreasonable and despicable woman in BC. We were quoted for 2 hours and then forced to pay for 2.5 hours. That was fine and dandy and we were willing to pay, until she got mad at us and tried to FORCE US TO DRIVE TO SURREY TO PAY. Instead of taking a credit card number over the phone. They were ready to make a new customer drive an HOUR just to pay for a bill because they were annoyed when we questioned the invoice. They have lost my business forever.

Refused to give me the company’s number so I can file a complaint. No customer service or any good demeanour from them except blatant rudeness. Basically gave me no information besides the fact that if I want my car back I have to go in and pay at this specific location. When I get there there is literally no parking, you have to illegally park outside on the road while you walk inside to actually get your car and pay. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, just another company trying to take away your money!!
