Car seems to be working well again. Only issue we had was that they replaced a part without consulting us that ended up costing 1/3 of the bill. It was quite a shock when we received the bill and it was about $200 more than expected. Would have appreciated them telling us about this before hand or asking if we wanted to do that/explain why it was necessary.

I recently bought a new car and needed to get it inspected. It was just before the long weekend and was short notice. They kindly fit me in to their busy schedule. Very nice people to go to.

Excellent service, and great prices. The things we like the most about Kokanee Ford is that they tell us when parts don't need replacement and secondly, they are exceptional at trouble shooting and fixing problems other dealers could NOT solve. We trust Kokanee Ford with our personal and company vehicles. Tammy & Marc Barrette

Prompt and efficient and courteous. Thank you so much for the use of a courtesy car. I can go about my business while my vehicle is being serviced. A great time saver!!

The guys at Kokanee Ford are the absolute best! Got a flat tire in Yahk on a road trip and made it to and to Kokanee Ford. They had a rim in the back, changed the tire and mounted it in 30 minutes on the Friday afternoon before a long weekend. Not your usual dealership experience. Thanks Kyle & all at Kokanee Ford!
