My brother's truck lost its oil pan and all of its oils just prior to Silver Creek on I-80. He had toddler and newborn baby in the truck and it was a hot day. The towing company came very quickly and got everyone back to the garage in a quick and efficient manner. They helped repair the truck at even got a part from Salt Lake to help get them back on the road. We were very grateful for their service!

If you are in the Park City area and need a tow I would highly recommend this company. We were heading to Kamas and unfortunately hit a deer. These guys had great customer service and were respectful to us and our vehicle.

The one male dispatcher I talked to in the office had a really bad attitude. He left me left me stranded on the side of the road for 3 hours until my insurance company called them again for me. HE NEVER DISPATCHED A DRIVER!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Joe the driver was great but, the male dispatcher needs to find another job. I would give ZERO stars if i could!

We were told by dispatch that our dogs weren't allowed in the tow truck... They could ride in the car as was being towed. We didn't feel comfortable with that so we opted to have a friend come and get us. I didn't catch the name of the driver but he was younger... He very friendly to us and our dogs. He waited with us until our ride arrived. (only a few minutes but he didn't want to leave us stranded which we appreciated)

Couldn’t get my motor home to go properly. I was rescued by Joe. We went through an almost tornado. 2 mudslides, and waited for udot 1/12 hours to bring a road grader to clean up the rock and mud slide. A very professional, thorough, and helpful company and the driver was amazing.
