Ashton moved my project vehicle on Saturday, May 19th. This young man was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and very accommodating to my worries and wishes in the move. This is exactly how a company should treat a customer. I would highly recommend Nanaimo Towing if you need a tow or are stranded. Honesty and integrity is what I experienced. More companies should do business like these folks.

Best customer service I've ever experienced while calling this company, very fast and caring staff. The driver that came was very professional and although there were issues that he faced while recovering my vehicle from a very bad spot he kept a smile on his face and assured me that everything would be okay. Definitely will call again and have never had an experience with any other towing company that left me in a good mood.

Such an amazimg place. Great customer service. I accidently locked my keys in my car and when I phoned here they were so fast and friendly. Within 15 mins they were at my place and opened the door. The gentleman that opened my door was so nice and patient. After numerus attempts my card wasnt working and I had to go get a different card and he was so nice about it, he didn't rush me
