Great price on used parts

May 14, 2018
My experience was not good. I called this company and spoke to the owner about retrieving and purchasing a fifth wheel bracket kit and frame rails. I was told he would have a look and get back to me within the day or the next day about price, and when he could get it off the truck for me. I waited and called them the following day. The owner then expressed that he had not had time to get the job done. I waited a full week before i checked back in. I got a hold of them that following week, he then gave me a price of 200 dollars for the parts and that he may or may not be able to get to it that day and i might have to wait until the following Tuesday.(called Saturday) I expressed that I really needed it as soon as possible and would pay a premium for it to be removed that day. That motivated him! (The owner) We agreed I would 250 dollars for these parts now. I showed up that afternoon there was a box which appeared to have all the parts I needed, I was very greatful, payed the owner cash and was on my way. The following day I went over the parts It turned out i was missing approximately 1/3 the parts to assemble the fifth wheel hardware including one frame bracket which is a very key piece of the 4 part rail system other parts missing were bolts, washers and spacers . I then called to see if i could the rest of the parts. He expressed that he gave me all the parts and that I should have checked over the parts before I left. Which i suppose he is right in a way about but I trusted his honesty and workmanship. He did not offer any compensation and was unwilling to compromise in any way. If you do decide to do business with these people make sure you check their work and don,t pay cash and if you do get a receipt.
