Expensive and not very helpful! Told me the switch I needed would be 25 bucks and told me it would be a 30 minute wait for them to finish lunch and retrieve the part. 30 minutes for a part that takes literally a minute to pull out and overcharge me by 10 to 15 dollars....not heading back to this place.

A tiny bit rednecky, but these guys know their stuff. Can't beat the scrapyard selection, or the towing capacity. They can and will tow anything.

My Jeep had an electrical problem and needed to be towed into the dealership. Through my AMA - Western Auto was dispatched. This was the faster service I have ever received through AMA it was amazing - within 30 Minutes they arrived to pick up my vehicle. The driver was excellent, very courteous and friendly. Excellent Customer Experience!!! Thank you

My car died at the 4 way stop on Baker Street one night. I called using BCAA and Western Auto came and towed it to their shop and fixed it. They were on time and my car runs great now. I'd highly recommend them.

My truck was towed here after having a diagnostic test already been completed. Western Auto Wreckers performed another one although we already knew and communicated to them the problem. They then refused to release our vehicle until we paid over $100. Overall it was a frustrating experience that left me feeling ripped off and frustrated. Not a company that I would recommend or trust.
