My first time that my car died on me and I had no idea who to call or what the pricing was anywhere Thankfully Bubba got the call and saved me from any hassle. He showed up quicker than my estimated time and was the easiest person to. B.C Towing was super clear on the rates and made the right choice with this hire because I came home so happy that this was so easy and relaxing. Bubba is a lifesaver!!!

Seriously the best service I have ever had! We had our car stolen last night and once it was found it was a nightmare. Within an hour of having it located, the tow truck arrived and brought it home! Tyler was seriously the best thing that has happened to us, so helpful and willing to do the most to give the best customer service!! You guys will be the 1st place we call for all our towing needs. Thanks Fraser!

My husband had a truck breakdown and needed towing to freightliner around 20 mins away. He wasn't present, only our driver. We called BC towing and upon request for their service he asked the receptionist for the cost and was told $300. Next conversation after the job was done the reception said its $1,050.00, he was shocked. He reminded her she said $300, she obviously forgot, put him on hold then came back saying ooh it's $300 per Hour!!!!!! So it took them 3 HOURS to do just that? Our driver's story is perhaps rather different. I believe it's either poor communication or they are just thieves. I also believe majority of their good reviews are made up and absolutely fake perhaps from family and friends of the company and a few random clients from the area who they couldn't manage to ripppp off!

The manager Ron called me a liar when I told him I wasn't told by their operator that I needed to pay in cash only. First of all, I wasn't lying, and second of all--what a jerk for even saying that to me anyway. It could've been a simple mistake on my part, why call me out as if I was trying to create a problem? My vehicle was stolen and BC Towing happened to be the guys that picked it up when the police found it. $555 for same day pickup, not even 24 hours in storage! Then they made me pay with cash, which NOBODY told me over the phone when I called to find out exactly what I needed to do (I took very good notes to make sure I'd have an easy time getting it). Don't use these guys if you're not looking to spend a fortune on towing or if you're not looking for a bad experience with their office personnel. Terrible company.

Recently I had a bad accident on the hwy. I called BC Towing and they were onsite 20 minutes later. ODOT offered to put up signs while they retrieved my car but the BC driver asked them not to because it would slow other drivers unecessarily. They were fast, courteous and very professional. It was not an easy tow. I will call BC Towing the next time I need help!
