Rob was courteous, helpful and creative about how to get my F150 on the truck when all systems were failing. Really appreciate his help when I was in a tough and dangerous spot. Thanks Rob!! Awesome job!

Incredible Service, and care for me as a customer! I broke down late at night along the ALCAN,in February, about 50Km past Fort Saint John's, closer to Wonowon. I had no cell service, and was about to start walkingg back, when a kind motorist finally stopped to give me a lift back to town. After securong a hotel room, I contacted the Team at Rezilliant, and explained my situation, which was complicated by the fact that I was towing a trailer. Although it was after 2230hrs, they were willing to work around the clock, in sub-zero weather (-19°) during a snowstorm, to retrieve my truck and trailer. After a bit of an adventure getting both truck and trailer, they got my truck back to their shop, and drove me and my trailer to my hotel. The next day, after every auto parts shop that I had tried calling said they didn't have the part I needed (belt tensioner puller for a 7.3 PSD Ford Excursion), I called them to let them know it would stuck in their yard for a few days while I waited. They took the time to ask me the places I had called, and recommended another shop in town, which ended up having the part I needed. After all that, the owner picked me up himself in his own truck, took me to get the part, and once back at the shop, his crew pulled my truck into their bay, so I could do the repair myself in their shop, out of the elements (snowstorm). All told, they gave me a very fair deal, and even a discount, I believe, with the whole thing costing me less than $1K. Rezilliant truly treated me like family, when I was a stranger in a strange land (American, driving through Canada on my way to Alaska), and never quit on their mission of helping others, even when the situation looked daunting. I would give this incredible Team of hero's 10 Stars if I could... They have earned every bit of my gratitude and excellent review of their business!

Way overpricing ... paid 187$ for 20 min job in just pulling my track from the side of the road to my driveway, about 20 feets in other companies in fort st John it usually cost from 65 to 85$. Also their employee was very rude and impolite towards other companies and obsessively stated that they provide very unclassified customer service. I highly do not recommend use this company .

First choice towing is way better, in pricing and understanding. Degenerates work there, no common sense whatsoever.

Unfriendly company. Very poor and slow service. There is nothing worse than dealing with miserable people who act like they do not care. Do not recomend. Use other towing companies if you are able to.
